TheatreWorks Florida shares the public’s concerns about protecting against the spread of COVID-19. We are following guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and will update our policies as is necessary.

Box Office Hours

Monday-Friday from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Box office opens 60 minutes prior to each performance.

Directions & Parking

Directions: Click here for driving directions to the Haines City Community Theatre. NOTE: at Lake Eva, on the corner of 3rd St. & Ledwith Ave.
Parking: May be found at and around the Haines City Community Theatre. Accessible parking spots are designated near the front entrance.

Box Office Policies

A per-ticket fee will apply to online, phone and same-day in-person ticket purchases, which will go toward operation of our growing nonprofit.
All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
Accepted methods of payment include: Cash and checks at the door. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover online.
Tickets cannot be mailed. Online print-at-home or text options available when ordering online.
All requests to modify an existing ticket purchase must be submitted by the original ticket purchaser (i.e. person whose name is on the ticket account). Please contact the Box Office to assist you with this process.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so, are void.
Ticket prices, artists, performances, venue, date & time are all subject to change without notice.

Print at Home / Will Call Tickets

Any ticket orders processed online will be directed to our “Print at Home” fulfillment option. There is no "Will Call" service at this time.
If you ordered tickets online and have not received those tickets, please arrive at the Box Office at least 30 minutes prior to the show. Owner of the ticket account must present their photo ID and the credit card that was used to initially purchase the tickets in order to pick up the reprinted tickets.
"Print at Home" requires guests to print their tickets at home.

Lost or Misplaced Tickets

Call the Box Office immediately to resolve the issue.
Owner of the ticket account must present their photo ID and the credit card that was used to initially purchase the tickets in order to pick up the reprinted tickets.
Reprinted tickets cannot be mailed.

Tickets for Children

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.
Children under the age of 2 are not permitted inside the theatre, unless noted otherwise.
Parents should use discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for their children.

Rush Tickets

Rush tickets are discounted tickets offered to qualifying groups (such as students or military). Notice will be posted on our social media channels.
On the day of the performance, two hours before curtain, rush tickets may be offered.
This discount is not valid with other discounts.
Tickets already purchased for qualifying events may not be exchanged or refunded.

Late Seating

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled show time.
Latecomers and those who exit during a performance will not be admitted back into the theater until an appropriate interval.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for latecomers.

Cameras, Video & Audio Recorders

Ticket holders are not permitted to take photographs or use recording devices, cellphones, iPads or other electronic equipment during the event or performance, unless otherwise specified by the Production Manager or Stage Manager in advance.
Curtains, sets, costumes, scenery, lighting designs and other production elements are considered intellectual property and may be copyrighted.
Please refrain from using mobile devices during the performance. The sound and light from the displays are a distraction for the performers and other guests - as is calling or text messaging during the performance.
Any unpermitted use of a device by a guest may result in the device being confiscated by TheatreWorks Florida for the duration of the event or performance or the removal of the guest. Tickets already purchased for qualifying events may not be exchanged or refunded.

Food & Beverage

Food is not allowed in the theater area. Beverages are allowed in the theater area, unless otherwise noted.
Cash only is accepted at the concession booths.
Wine and beer is available by donation.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located in the lobby of the theatre.
Restrooms are equipped with accessible features.

Smoking

Smoking and/or use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted inside the Haines City Community Theatre venue.
Smoking is permitted outside the theatre in designated areas. Please use ashtrays provided.
